Online Therapy

Our online counseling services can successfully address many of your psychological, social, and emotional needs.   Although it is a relatively new phenomenon, online counseling has become increasingly popular in the U.S. and around the world.  Our online counseling services are provided by licensed and, trained counseling professionals.

Traditional, in office, counseling can be a very complex process. Typically, it includes traveling to a therapist's office, spending approximately an hour discussing your problems, issues, and concerns.  Your therapist will then use evidenced based therapeutic techniques, such a cognitive behavioral therapy and many other therapeutic interventions to provide feedback and helpful advice.  Additionally, traditional counseling involves arranging for payment via your health insurance, finding transportation to and from the counseling treatment and often requires time away from your job.  Online counseling can alleviate much of the process as well as save you time and money.

Benefits of Online Therapy:

Evidence-based – Based on evidenced based therapy modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and many others, as well researched and proven treatment therapy.

Qualified & experienced therapists - Rachel Holland is an experienced and licensed professional counselor.

Affordable -  Online therapy cost less than you will typically pay for face to face, in person therapy.

Accessible & time saving –  Online therapy saves you time.  There is no need to travel to your therapist's office. You can get help from wherever you are in the world. All you need is a computer, tablet, or mobile phone.

Private & anonymous – Online therapy eliminates the risk of exposing yourself face-to-face in the waiting room or in a therapist's office which some people feel is very unpleasant.

Secure & confidential - all your information is saved anonymously on our secure server where only you and your therapist can access it.  Our online system is HIPPA compliant.

Videoconferencing psychotherapy is found to have similar clinical outcomes to traditional face-to-face psychotherapy.
