Teletherapy

Our teletherapy services can successfully address many of your psychological, social, and emotional needs. Although it is a relatively new phenomenon, online counseling has become increasingly popular in the U.S. and around the world. Our online counseling services are provided by licensed and, trained counseling professionals.

Traditional, in office, counseling can be a very complex process. Typically, it includes traveling to a therapist's office, spending approximately an hour discussing your problems, issues, and concerns. Your therapist will use evidenced based therapeutic techniques, such a cognitive behavioral therapy and many other therapeutic interventions to provide feedback and helpful advice. Additionally, traditional counseling involves finding transportation to and from the counseling treatment and often requires time away from your job.

Benefits of Teletherapy:

Evidence-based – Evidenced based therapy modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and many others, as well researched and proven treatment therapy.

Qualified & experienced therapists - Newlife Counseling Services' therapist are highly qualified, licensed and experienced in multiple mental health modalities and interventions.

Accessible & time saving – Teletherapy saves you time. There is no need to travel to your therapist's office. You can get help from wherever you are in the world. All you need is a computer, tablet, or mobile phone.

Private & anonymous – Teletherapy eliminates the risk of exposing yourself face-to-face in the waiting room or in a therapist's office which some people feel is very unpleasant.

Secure & confidential - We use a secure server where only you and your therapist can access it. Our online system is HIPPA compliant.

Teletherapy Process: Your therapist will send you a link to Thera-Link where you will create a private password that you will use to log into your private session. Once you have created your password, on the day of your session you will use the password you created to login. You will then click on the dashboard, click join, and start session to see your therapist.
